How to Order?
How to add name/number on jersey?
During checkout, once all information is filled in. there will be a "Note or Instructions to Seller " space to fill in. you can mention or request any personalization or customization you want on the jersey.
*** IN ORDER TO SEE THIS OPTION , YOU WOULD. NEED TO GO TO YOUR "CART" OR HEAD TO CHECKOUT, THERE IS WHERE YOU WILL SEE OPTION BOX TOO ADD ANY NAME/NUMBER. WE ALSO HAVE A "HOW TO ORDER" HIGHLIGHT ON OUR IG WHICH WILL SHOW YOU STEP BY STEP HOW TO ADD. YOU CAN ALSO DM US IF YOU FORGOT TO ADD.
For Example: For my Liverpool Jersey, i would like my name Joseph and the number 11. Also applies for any player name you want as well.
Same goes if ordering more than one jersey.

Processing/Turnaround
Turn Around : 6-10 business days. Guaranteed 11-15 Business Days (2 weeks)
-Shipping Fee calculates the size of your order and the duration it ships once i ship it. We do receive a good amount of orders so we do the best we can. Normally your order will get to me in 5-7 business days, and we do ship same day. You should expect a tracking number around that time. Once receiving tracking number, add another 1-3 days depending where you are from.
Due to your amazing support and loyalty. We have been receiving around 75-110 orders/jerseys to process everyday. We are a very small team that do this work for you guys, even though we will try to have your jerseys delivered in time like mentioned. Due to the high demands , we can experience some delays (1-3 more business days ). It is a lot of work for just couple people to handle. We try our best. So thank you for your patience and support. It really does mean a lot to us.
If a delay is caused for any reason, we would do our best to inform each and everyone of you. Make sure to stay tuned to our Instagram stories.
Orders are processed everyday, but they are shipped to me every 2-3 days. So there will be a chance some wait couple more days than others for their orders.

Sizing
Sizing :
Authentic or Player Issue - Skin Slim Fit, the fitting is compared to a compressed training jersey, so if you like your jerseys slim fit to the body, get your normal size or get a size bigger.
Stadium or Standard- Fitted Jersey but little Loose. If you like your jerseys fitted but not slim fit, get staduim your normal size. If you want them loose, get staduim and a size bigger than usual.
Woman - V Shaped Slim Fit. If you like your jerseys slim fit, get your normal size. If you want them loose, add a size bigger than usual.
Tracking Your Order
Like we mentioned in our Processing and Turn Around Page, to process your order, it takes around 6-10 business days for us to receive your order. Once receiving, we normally ship the same day. That is when we would have your Tracking Number Available for you. We try to also post your tracking numbers through here.
It is important for you to follow my instagram and to stay tuned to my Instagram Stories, we post daily order updates so you have an idea when your order is arriving.
Return/Refund Policy
Returns are accepted if product is damaged upon arriving. You can contact us via Instagram and we would discuss the issue.
Refunds are only accepted if you make a mistake and/or ordered on accident. You have 24 hours to request a refund for this reason. $10 restocking fee (per jersey) will be applied if you want to cancel or ask for a refund for any reason 24 hours after your order is made. Every order placed is reserved so a cancel after that time frame would result in a jersey being lost and us already having paid for the product. We encourage to read all our important pages before purchasing.
Change to your order , you have 24 hours from ordering to mention any change at no cost. You can message us at FPTSPORTZ on instagram .
Any other reasons can also be discussed via Instagram for determination if the reason is valid for return.
